CIT is the Development Manager for St Thomas Street Bermondsey Limited, who is the Applicant for the Vinegar Yard site.

We have been active in the commercial and residential property sectors in the UK and Europe for over 20 years, with previous investments as far afield as New York and Hong Kong. We are currently working on £2 billion of development projects.

London is our home. Across the Capital is we have delivered projects from City Hall in Southwark, to 50 St Edmund’s Terrace in St John’s Wood and Hylo by Old Street.

Southwark is where we have our roots. More London was one of our earliest and most successful projects. We have since grown but our passion and most exciting projects remain in the borough.

Then and now we aim to deliver projects that bring tangible benefits to the borough and the local community.

KPF is the architectural practice behind our proposals for Vinegar Yard. We are a unified architectural practice focused on the design of buildings of all types and scales, in all geographic regions.

Our projects include the world's tallest towers, longest spans, most varied programs and inventive forms. The goal that binds our work – and what motivates our efforts – is finding the smartest solution for each project. We believe that the best design is the product of an open-minded search, one without preconceptions or stylistic formulae.

We create beautiful buildings that reflect and inspire the communities they serve.
